2. Flat side: Lay the flat side of the tool against your face and gently sweep outwards from the sides of your nose to your ear.

3. Curved side: Place the V of the heart around your chin and glide upwards along the jawline towards your ear. Gently massage the gua sha tool into the ear to release tension. You can continue to glide the gua sha tool along the base of your enck and move downwards towards the collarbone
